“the numbers from 0 to 10”是从0到10的数字，包括0和10；而“the numbers between 0 and 10”是0和10之间的数字，不包括0和10。除此之外，“from...to...”和“between...and...”两者在语境上也有区别。

如：

1.Should any conflict exist between the provisions of this Agreement and the Site Agreement or the Building Rights Agreement, the order of priority is :（如本协议与场地协议或建筑物权益协议间存在任何不一致的，应按下述顺序优先适用：）用的是“between...and...”。     

2.As from the Execution Date hereof to the Closing Date, all representations and warranties are true,complete and accurate.（ 自本协议签署日至交割日，所有陈述与保证均是真实、完整和准确的。）用的是“from...to...”。
