Stockholder Voting Rights，股东投票权，是公司股东对公司政策事项进行投票的权利。

与个人拥有的单一投票权（single-vote rights）不同，股东拥有的投票权与他们拥有的股份数量相对应。因此，拥有一家公司50%以上股份的人拥有多数投票权，被称为拥有该公司的控股权（controlling interest）。
