Unless otherwise defined in this Agreement, capitalized terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in Exhibit A. 

除非本协议另有规定，本协议中使用的首字母大写的术语的含义 以列表 A中阐明的为准。

The parties agree that the Transferee shall pay RMB Yuan【***】ten thousand (amount in words: ***) (the “Share Transfer Price”), as the consideration for purchasing 100% shares from the Transferor in the Target Company.
