provide在合同翻译中通常有以下三层含义：

(1)规定，如provided herein本协议规定；

(2)但条件是，常与that连用，如provided that；

(3)提供，最基本的含义，此处不再赘述

1规定

In the event that, for any reason, the Company is unable to procure that the proceeds from the liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Company are distributed directly to the Equity Holders pursuant to the priority herein, each of the Equity Holders shall take all necessary action in order to re-allocate the proceeds amongst the Equity Holders in accordance with the priority and allocations provided herein.

如果由于任何原因，公司不能按照本条款书中的优先规定，直接向股权持有人分配公司清算、解散或关闭的收益，则每个股权持有人应采取所有必要的措施，以按照本条款书中的优先和分配规定，在股权持有人之间，重新分配收益。

2但条件是

provided that such Party shall, where practicable and to the extent permitted by applicable Laws, provide the other Parties with prompt written notice of that fact and use all reasonable efforts to seek (with the cooperation and reasonable efforts of the other Parties) a protective order, confidential treatment or other appropriate remedy

但条件是，该当事人应当在适用法律允许并且实际可行的范围内，向其它当事人提供关于前述事实的及时书面通知，并且尽其一切合理努力（在其它当事人配合和提供合理努力的情况下）寻求保护令、保密处理或其它适当的补救措施
