Article 2 The civil law regulates personal and proprietary relations between and among natural persons, legal persons, and unincorporated organizations that are equal in status.
Article 3 The personal, proprietary and other lawful rights and interests of civil persons are protected by law and free from infringement by any organization or individual.
Article 4 All civil persons are equal in legal status when conducting civil activities.
Article 5 Civil persons when conducting civil activities shall act in accordance with the principle of voluntariness, creating, modifying, and terminating civil relationships according to their own will.
Version B:
Article 2 Civil laws adjust personal relationships and property relationships between natural persons, legal persons and non-incorporated organizations as subjects with equal status.
Article 3 The personal rights, property rights, and other legitimate rights and interests of civil subjects are protected by law; no organization or individual may infringe such rights or interests.
Article 4 All civil subjects have equal status in civil activities.
Article 5 Civil subjects engaging in civil activities shall follow the principle of voluntariness in the establishment, change or termination of legal relations according to their own intentions.
