End poverty in all its forms everywhere.

Eradicating poverty is not a task of charity, it’s an act of justice and the key to unlocking an enormous human potential. Still, nearly half of the world’s population lives in poverty, and lack of food and clean water is killing thousands every single day of the year. Together, we can feed the hungry, wipe out disease and give everyone in the world a chance to prosper and live a productive and rich life.

消除贫困不是慈善事业，而是正义之举，也是释放人类巨大潜力的关键。 然而，全球近一半的人口生活在贫困之中，缺乏食物和清洁水每天都夺走了成千上万人的生命。 只要齐心协力，我们就可以解决饥饿问题，消灭疾病，让世界上的每个人都有机会繁荣并过上充实而富足的生活。

 

THE TARGETS

Everyone can help to make sure that we meet the Global Goals. Use these seven targets to create action to end poverty in all its forms.

TARGET 1.1 ERADICATE EXTREME POVERTY

目标 1.1 消除极端贫困

By 2030, eradicate extreme poverty for all people everywhere, currently measured as people living on less than $1.25 a day.

到 2030 年，消除全球范围内所有人的极端贫困，目前的衡量标准是每天生活费低于 1.25 美元的人。

 

TARGET 1.2 REDUCE POVERTY BY AT LEAST 50%

目标 1.2 减少贫困至少 50%

By 2030, reduce at least by half the proportion of men, women and children of all ages living in poverty in all its dimensions according to national definitions.

到 2030 年，根据各国的定义，将所有年龄段的男性、女性和儿童在各个方面生活在贫困中的比例至少减少一半。

 

TARGET 1.3 IMPLEMENT SOCIAL PROTECTION SYSTEMS

目标 1.3 实施社会保护系统

Implement nationally appropriate social protection systems and measures for all, including floors, and by 2030 achieve substantial coverage of the poor and the vulnerable.

到2030年，为所有人，包括弱势群体实施具有各国特色的社会保障体系和措施，并实现对贫困人口和弱势群体的广泛覆盖。

 

TARGET 1.4 EQUAL RIGHTS TO OWNERSHIP, BASIC SERVICES, TECHNOLOGY AND ECONOMIC RESOURCES

目标 1.4 平等的所有权、基本服务、技术和经济资源权利

By 2030, ensure that all men and women, in particular the poor and the vulnerable, have equal rights to economic resources, as well as access to basic services, ownership and control over land and other forms of property, inheritance, natural resources, appropriate new technology and financial services, including microfinance.

到 2030 年，确保所有男性和女性，特别是贫穷和弱势群体，享有获得经济资源的平等权利，以及获得基本服务、土地和其他形式财产的所有权和控制权、继承权、自然资源、适当的新技术以及金融服务，包括小额信贷。

 

TARGET 1.5 BUILD RESILIENCE TO ENVIRONMENTAL, ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DISASTERS

目标 1.5 增强抵御环境、经济和社会灾难的能力

By 2030, build the resilience of the poor and those in vulnerable situations and reduce their exposure and vulnerability to climate-related extreme events and other economic, social and environmental shocks and disasters.

到 2030 年，增强贫困人口和弱势群体的抵御能力，减少他们遭受气候相关极端事件以及其他经济、社会和环境冲击和灾害的风险和脆弱性。

 

TARGET 1.6 MOBILIZE RESOURCES TO IMPLEMENT POLICIES TO END POVERTY

目标 1.6 调动资源实施消除贫困的政策

Ensure significant mobilization of resources from a variety of sources, including through enhanced development cooperation, in order to provide adequate and predictable means for developing countries, in particular least developed countries, to implement programmes and policies to end poverty in all its dimensions.

确保从各种来源大量调动资源，包括通过加强发展合作，为发展中国家、特别是最不发达国家提供充分和可预测的手段，以实施消除一切形式的贫困的方案和政策。

 

TARGET 1.7 CREATE PRO-POOR AND GENDER-SENSITIVE POLICY FRAMEWORKS

目标 1.7 创建有利于穷人且对性别问题敏感的政策框架

Create sound policy frameworks at the national, regional and international levels, based on pro-poor and gender-sensitive development strategies, to support accelerated investment in poverty eradication actions.

根据扶贫和对性别问题敏感的发展战略，在国家、区域和国际各级制定健全的政策框架，以支持加快对消除贫困行动的投资。
