Climate change is a real and undeniable threat to our entire civilization.The effects are already visible and will be catastrophic unless we act now. Through education, innovation and adherence to our climate commitments, we can make the necessary changes to protect the planet. These changes also provide huge opportunities to modernize our infrastructure which will create new jobs and promote greater prosperity across the globe.

气候变化对我们整个文明来说是一个真实且不可否认的威胁。其影响已经显而易见，如果我们不立即采取行动，将会灾难性的后果。 通过教育、创新和遵守我们的气候承诺，我们可以做出必要的改变来保护地球。 这些改变还为我们的基础设施现代化提供了巨大的机会，从而创造新的就业机会并促进全球范围内的更大繁荣。

THE TARGETS

Everyone can help to make sure that we meet the Global Goals. Use these five targets to create action to combat climate change.

TARGET 13.1 STRENGTHEN RESILIENCE AND ADAPTIVE CAPACITY TO CLIMATE RELATED DISASTERS

Strengthen resilience and adaptive capacity to climate-related hazards and natural disasters in all countries.

目标 13.1 加强应对气候相关灾害的抵御能力和适应能力

加强所有国家应对气候相关灾害和自然灾害的抵御能力和适应能力。

TARGET 13.2 INTEGRATE CLIMATE CHANGE MEASURES INTO POLICIES AND PLANNING

Integrate climate change measures into national policies, strategies and planning.

目标 13.2 将气候变化措施纳入政策和规划

将气候变化措施纳入国家政策、战略和规划。

TARGET 13.3 BUILD KNOWLEDGE AND CAPACITY TO MEET CLIMATE CHANGE

Improve education, awareness-raising and human and institutional capacity on climate change mitigation, adaptation, impact reduction and early warning.

目标 13.3 积累应对气候变化的知识和能力

改善气候变化减缓、适应、减少影响和预警方面的教育、提高认识以及人力和机构能力。

TARGET 13.4 IMPLEMENT THE UN FRAMEWORK CONVENTION ON CLIMATE CHANGE

Implement the commitment undertaken by developed-country parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change to a goal of mobilizing jointly $100 billion annually by 2020 from all sources to address the needs of developing countries in the context of meaningful mitigation actions and transparency on implementation and fully operationalize the Green Climate Fund through its capitalization as soon as possible.

目标 13.4 实施《联合国气候变化框架公约》

履行发达国家作为《联合国气候变化框架公约》缔约方作出的承诺，到2020年每年从各种来源联合筹集1000亿美元，以满足发展中国家在采取有意义的缓解行动和实施透明度方面的需求尽快将绿色气候基金资本化全面投入运作。

TARGET 13.5 PROMOTE MECHANISMS TO RAISE CAPACITY FOR PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT

Promote mechanisms for raising capacity for effective climate change-related planning and management in least developed countries and small island developing States, including focusing on women, youth and local and marginalized communities.

目标 13.5 促进提高规划和管理能力的机制

促进提高最不发达国家和小岛屿发展中国家与气候变化相关的有效规划和管理能力的机制，包括重点关注妇女、青年以及当地和边缘化社区。
