affect和influence都是“影响”，后者既可以作名词，也可以作动词，且在普通英语中是一个较为正式的用法。但在法律英语中，常见的表达影响的词是affect，influence并不常见，而且不可以用influence替换。比如，a party affected by force majeur就不可以说成是a party influenced by force majeur。大家参考下面的例句，了解二者的区别：
