vice versa，法律英语中常用词，通常出现在两种语境中：

SPA(股份购买协议)、LPA(有限合伙协议)等协议中的第一条解释条款中，详见以下例句1；其他包含该等含义（即反之亦然）的条款中，详见下列例句2。
