To the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine,

We hereby acknowledge the receipt of your Letter on Request for Continuing the Application of the Policy of Reduction and Exemption of the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Fees on Exported Agricultural Products and Textiles and Apparel Products in 2011 (Guo Zhi Jian Cai Han [2011] No. 16). Upon deliberations, relevant issues are hereby notified as follows:

    你局《关于申请2011年继续执行减免出口农产品和纺织服装产品出入境检验检疫费政策的函》(国质检财函[2011]16号)收悉。经研究,现将有关事项通知如下:

1. It is hereby approved that with effect from January 1, 2011, exported agricultural products listed in the Catalogue of Imports and Exports Subject to Inspection and Quarantine by Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Authorities shall continue to enjoy reduction and exemption of the entry-exit inspection and quarantine fees. Specifically, exported livestock, live poultry and aquatic animals shall be exempted from entry-exit inspection and quarantine fees in full amount, whereas such fees on other exported agricultural products shall be halved. Please refer to the Appendix for the detailed list of exported agricultural products eligible for the reduction and exemption.

       一、同意自2011年1月1日起继续对列入《出入境检验检疫机构实施检验检疫的进出境商品目录》的出口农产品减免出入境检验检疫费。其中,对出口活畜、活禽、水生动物全额免收出入境检验检疫费;对其他出口农产品减半收取出入境检验检疫费。具体实施减免的出口农产品目录见附件。

2. The entry-exit inspection and quarantine fees on exported textiles and apparel products shall continue to be collected at 70% of the prevailing rates until June 30, 2011.

Appendix: Catalogue of Exported Agricultural Products Eligible for the Reduction and Exemption of the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Fees( Omitted)

       二、对出口纺织服装产品按现行征收标准的70%收取出入境检验检疫费的政策执行到2011年6月30日止。
