To the General Administration of Customs:

   海关总署：

Subject to approval of the State Council, after the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council made a decision on collecting tax on specific products imported into the territory of China for which tax collection is adopted as a trade remedy measure, the application of the policies for reduction and exemption of import duty to all such products shall be stopped from the date on which tax collection adopted as a trade remedy measure is implemented, and the customs shall resume the collection of import duty in accordance with the provisions.

    经国务院批准,在国务院关税税则委员会对从境外进口的特定产品作出贸易救济措施征税决定后,所有此类产品从贸易救济措施征税之日起停止执行进口减免税政策,由海关按规定恢复征收进口税。

This Notice shall become effective from May 1, 2009.

    本通知自2009年5月1日起执行。
