Except as may be otherwise provided herein, all notices, requests, waivers and other communications made pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be conclusively deemed to have been duly given (a) when hand delivered to the other party, upon delivery; (b) when sent by facsimile at the number set forth in this Agreement, upon receipt of confirmation of error-free transmission; (c) 5 Business Days after deposit in themail as air mail or certified mail, receipt requested, postage prepaid and addressed to the other party as set forth in this Agreement; or (d) 3 Business Days after deposit with anovernight delivery service, postage prepaid, addressed to the parties as set forth in this Agreement with next-Business Day delivery guaranteed, provided that the sending party receives a confirmation of delivery from the delivery service provider.

除本协议另有规定外, 本协议项下的所有通知、请求、弃权和其他通信应当采用书面形式,并应在下列时间被视为最终送达(a)如果专人递送对方,交付时;(b)如果向本协议中列明的传真号码发送传真,收到无误传输的确认时;(c)如果通过航空邮件或挂号信邮件，投递邮件后5个营业日，这种情况下，须保留回执、预付邮资且寄送至本协议中列明的其他方的地址;或(d)如果使用翌日快递服务，投递邮件后3个营业日，这种情况下，须预付邮资，寄送至本协议中列明的其他方的地址,保证下一个营业日送达，寄件方须收到快递服务者提供的邮件交付确认单。
