先说as follows，具体有两种使用情形，除了上面的情形以外，合同中常见的另外一种使用情形（用在be动词后面），例如：

但是，很显然，第一种表达更符合英文合同的表达习惯。

following：

following，也是两种用法，第一种如上面标黄的那样，与the连用，构成名词作主语；第二种，作为形容词修饰名词。例如：
