In accordance with the Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the Securities Regulatory Commission on Issues Relevant to Accounting Firms Engaging in Businesses Concerning Securities and Futures (Cai Kuai [2007] No. 6), the Ministry of Finance and the Securities Regulatory Commission have withdrawn the security permits of seven accounting firms including Zhe Jiang Orient, Tian Hua, Liao Ning Tian Jian, Guang Dong Hengxin Delu, Da Lian Hua Lian, An Yong Da Hua and PanChina (Chong Qing). This Publication on relevant matters is hereby promulgated as follows:

    根据《财政部证监会关于会计师事务所从事证券期货相关业务有关问题的通知》(财会[2007]6号),财政部、证监会已收回浙江东方、天华、辽宁天健、广东恒信德律、大连华连、安永大华、重庆天健等七家会计师事务所的证券许可证。有关事项公告如下:

Zhe Jiang Tian Jian Certified Public Accountants has employed the professional staff of Zhe Jiang Orient Certified Public Accountants, and changed its name to Zhe Jiang Tian Jian Oriental Certified Public Accountants. In accordance with Document Cai Kuai [2007] No. 6, the Ministry of Finance and the Securities Regulatory Commission have withdrawn the security permit of Zhe Jiang Orient Certified Public Accountants.

    浙江天健会计师事务所吸收浙江东方会计师事务所专业人员,名称变更为浙江天健东方会计师事务所。根据财会[2007]6号文件,财政部、证监会已收回浙江东方会计师事务所的证券许可证。

Beijing Jing Du Certified Public Accountants has employed the professional staff of Tian Hua Certified Public Accountants, and changed its name to Beijing Jing Du Tian Hua Certified Public Accountants. In accordance with Document Cai Kuai [2007] No. 6, the Ministry of Finance and the Securities Regulatory Commission have withdrawn the security permit of Tian Hua Certified Public Accountants. 

    北京京都会计师事务所吸收天华会计师事务所专业人员,名称变更为北京京都天华会计师事务所。根据财会[2007]6号文件,财政部、证监会已收回天华会计师事务所的证券许可证。

An Hui Hua Pu Certified Public Accountants has employed the professional staff of Liao Ning Tian Jian Certified Public Accountants and has moved to Beijing, and its name has changed to Hu Pu Tian Jian Gao Shang Certified Public Accountants (Beijing) Limited Company. In accordance with Document Cai Kuai [2007] No. 6, the Ministry of Finance and the Securities Regulatory Commission have withdrawn the security permit of Liao Ning Tian Jian Certified Public Accountants.

    安徽华普会计师事务所吸收辽宁天健会计师事务所专业人员,并跨省迁移至北京,名称变更为华普天健高商会计师事务所(北京)有限公司。根据财会[2007]6号文件,财政部、证监会已收回辽宁天健会计师事务所的证券许可证。

Shen Zhen Da Hua Tian Cheng Certified Public Accountants has employed the professional staff of Guang Dong Hengxin Delu Certified Public Accountants, and changed its name to Guang Dong Da Hua Delu Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership). In accordance with Document Cai Kuai [2007] No. 6, the Ministry of Finance and the Securities Regulatory Commission have withdrawn the security permit of Guang Dong Hengxin Delu Certified Public Accountants.

    深圳大华天诚会计师事务所吸收广东恒信德律会计师事务所专业人员,名称变更为广东大华德律会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)。根据财会[2007]6号文件,财政部、证监会已收回广东恒信德律会计师事务所的证券许可证。

Zhong Zhun Certified Public Accountants has employed the professional staff of Da Lian Hua Lian Certified Public Accountants, in accordance with Document Cai Kuai [2007] No. 6, the Ministry of Finance and the Securities Regulatory Commission have withdrawn the security permit of Da Lian Hua Lian Certified Public Accountants.

    中准会计师事务所已吸收大连华连会计师事务所专业人员。根据财会[2007]6号文件,财政部、证监会已收回大连华连会计师事务所的证券许可证。

Since An Yong Hua Ming Certified Public Accountants employed the professional staff of An Yong Da Hua Certified Public Accountants, in accordance with Document Cai Kuai [2007] No. 6, the Ministry of Finance and the Securities Regulatory Commission have withdrawn the security permit of An Yong Da Hua Certified Public Accountants.

    安永华明会计师事务所已吸收安永大华会计师事务所专业人员。根据财会[2007]6号文件,财政部、证监会已收回安永大华会计师事务所的证券许可证。

Since Tian Jian Guang Hua (Beijing) Certified Public Accountants has employed the professional staff from PanChina (Chong Qing) Certified Public Accountants, in accordance with Document Cai Kuai [2007] No. 6, the Ministry of Finance and the Securities Regulatory Commission have withdrawn the security permit of PanChina (Chong Qing) Certified Public Accountants. 

    天健光华(北京)会计师事务所已吸收重庆天健会计师事务所专业人员。根据财会[2007]6号文件,财政部、证监会已收回重庆天健会计师事务所的证券许可证。
