The bureaus of public finance and bureaus of labor and social security in Chengdu, Panzhihua, Guangyuan, Zigong, Deyang, Mianyang, Leshan, Meishan, Ziyang, Neijiang and Nanchong cities as well as Aba and Ganzi prefectures,

In accordance with the principles of Guiding Opinions of the State Council about the Pilot Urban Resident Basic Medical Insurance ( Guo Fa [2007] No. 20) and the Notice of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Strengthening Management of the Funds of Urban Resident Basic Medical Insurance and Financial Subsidies( Cai She[2008] No. 116), Sichuan Commissioner’s Office of the Ministry of Finance decides to carry out investigation on the work of pilot urban resident basic medical insurance in Sichuan Province. It is requested that all bureaus of finance and bureaus of labor and social security in the pilot cities and prefectures submit to the Office detailed specialized documents of summary and analysis before November 25, 2008 in accordance with the Outline of Investigation (See the annex below). The Office is to conduct field investigation in Nanchong, Mianyang, Deyang and Leshan Cities together with the Sichuan Labor and Social Security Department. It is requested that the bureaus of finance and bureaus of labor and social security in the four cities be prepared in cooperation for the investigation.

    根据《国务院关于开展城镇居民基本医疗保险试点的指导意见》(国发[2007]20号)和《财政部、人力资源和社会保障部关于加强城镇居民基本医疗保险和财政补助资金管理有关问题的通知》(财社[2008]116号)文件精神,我办拟对四川省开展城镇居民基本医疗保险试点工作情况开展调查。请各试点城市财政局、劳动保障局按照调查提纲(附后),于2008年11月25日前向我办报送详细的专项总结分析材料。我办将汇同省劳动保障厅对南充、绵阳、德阳、乐山4城市实地开展调查,请4城市财政局、劳动保障局作好相关准备,配合开展调查。
