Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on Revoking the Export Tax Refund of Some Vegetable Oils

关于取消部分植物油出口退税的通知

（财政部 国家税务总局 二○○八年六月二日）

Upon approval by the State Council, the export tax refund for certain vegetable oils shall be revoked as of June 13, 2008. See the annex for the names and Tax Identification numbers of specific commodities.

    经国务院批准,从2008年6月13日起取消部分植物油的出口退税,具体商品名称和税则号见附件。

The specific date of implementation shall be subject to the export date indicated by the Customs in the Export Declaration Form (Exclusive for Export Refund).

    具体执行时间,以“出口货物报关单(出口退税专用)”海关注明的出口日期为准。
