With a view to ensuring supply on the sugar market and stabilizing the prices, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Finance have decided to distribute, on August 12, the 7th batch of the national reserve sugar in 150,000 tonnes, with the bidding reserve price of RMB 4,000 / tonne (ex warehouse price). The national reserve sugar shall be available for open bidding through the electronic network system of the China Merchandise Reserve Management Center. The unit of the bidding subject matter shall be 300 tonnes. Only food processing enterprises are allowed to participate in the bidding.

    为了保证食糖市场供应,稳定价格,国家发展改革委、商务部、财政部决定于8月12日投放第七批国家储备糖,数量15万吨,竞卖底价为4000元/吨(仓库提货价)。国家储备糖投放通过华商储备商品管理中心电子网络系统公开竞卖,竞卖标的单位为300吨,竞买主体限于食品加工企业。

Other specific matters relating to the bidding shall be separately notified by the Ministry of Commerce.

    其他有关竞卖具体事项由商务部另行通知。
