In order to cope with the adjustment of China's policy on the automobile industry, the Administrative Measures on the Import of Automobile Components and Parts Constituting the Features of the Entire Automobile (Joint Order No. 125 of the General Administration of Customs, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce) shall no longer be implemented from September 1, 2009, and the joint announcement [2006] No. 38 of the General Administration of Customs, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce was repealed accordingly.

    为配合我国汽车产业政策的调整,《构成整车特征的汽车零部件进口管理办法》(海关总署、国家发展和改革委员会、财政部、商务部联合令第125号)已于2009年9月1日起停止执行,海关总署、国家发展和改革委员会、财政部、商务部联合公告2006年第38号相应废止。
