In order to cater to the needs in adjusting and developing the automobile industry in China, it is hereby decided, upon the approval of the State Council, to abolish the Administrative Measures on the Import of Automobile Components and Parts Constituting the Features of the Entire Automobile promulgated by Order No.125 of the General Administration of Customs, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce on February 28, 2005.

    为适应我国汽车产业调整和发展的需要,经国务院批准,现决定废止2005年2月28日以海关总署、国家发展和改革委员会、财政部、商务部第125号令公布的《构成整车特征的汽车零部件进口管理办法》。

This decision shall take effect from September 1, 2009.

    本决定自2009年9月1日起生效。
