For the purposes of regulating and strengthening the administration of foreign government loans, the Notice of the Department of Finance of Guangdong Province on Forwarding and Distributing the Notice of the Ministry of Finance on Printing and Distributing the Provisions on the Administration of Foreign Government Loans (Yue Cai Zhai [2009] No. 4) is hereby transmitted to you for earnest implementation. If any problem arises during the implementation, please contact the Finance Bureau (Foreign Economy and Finance Section) of Jiangmen.
