Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance Concerning the Standards of Cost Charge on Plate and Pass of Motor Vehicles of Temporary Entry and Relevant Issues (Fa Gai Jia Ge [2008] No. 1575) is hereby transmitted to you. The Provincial Department of Public Security and public security department of each municipality with districts shall implement this notice conscientiously.
