The "Report on the Central Government Final Accounting of 2007" made by the Minister of Finance, Xie Xuren, as entrusted with by the State Council, and the "Audit Report on the Implementation of the Central Budget and other Financial Revenue and Expenditure of 2007" made by Liu Jiayi, the Auditor General of the National Audit Office as entrusted with by the State Council, have been heard at the Fourth Session of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People's Congress. The deliberation and audit of working reports were combined in the Session, which has examined the "Central Government Final Accounting of 2007 (Draft)" and the report of the central government final accounting. The Session has approved the "Audit Report on the Central Government Final Accounting of 2007" proposed by the Finance and Economy Committee of the National People's Congress, and decided to ratify the "Central Government Final Accounting of 2007".

    第十一届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第四次会议,听取了财政部部长谢旭人受国务院委托作的《关于2007年中央决算的报告》和审计署审计长刘家义受国务院委托作的《关于2007年度中央预算执行和其他财政收支的审计工作报告》。会议结合审议审计工作报告,对《2007年中央决算(草案)》和中央决算的报告进行了审查,同意全国人民代表大会财政经济委员会提出的《关于2007年中央决算的审查报告》,决定批准《2007年中央决算》。
