The Third Session of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's Congress has listened to the explanations made by Xie Xuren, Minister of Finance, on behalf of the State Council, on the Proposal of the State Council on Submitting for Deliberation the Central Budget Adjustment Plan of 2008 (Draft), has examined the Central Budget Adjustment Plan of 2008 put forward by the State Council, and has agreed with the suggestions offered in the examination report by the Financial and Economic Committee of the National People's Congress. The Session decides to ratify the Central Budget Adjustment Plan of 2008.

   第十一届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第三次会议听取了财政部部长谢旭人代表国务院对《国务院关于提请审议2008年中央预算调整方案（草案）的议案》所作的说明，审查了国务院提出的2008年中央预算调整方案，同意全国人民代表大会财政经济委员会在审查报告中提出的建议。会议决定，批准2008年中央预算调整方案。
