In Appendix 1 of the Announcement Relating to the Selection of Financial Personnel to be Stationed in the Local Bureaus of State Land Supervision published on September 16, 2009, the criteria for applicants laid down by Shanghai Bureau of State Land Supervision: "having the capacity of a civil servant, having the qualification of a certified accountant, handling financial work for more than five years, well-versed in accounting issues, work in the land and resource system in Shanghai, Zhejiang Province and Fujian Province" was changed to "having the capacity of a civil servant, having the qualification of a certified accountant, handling financial work for more than five years, well-versed in accounting issues and having residence in Shanghai, Zhejiang Province and Fujian Province".

  2009年9月16日发布的《关于选配派驻地方的国家土地督察局财务人员的公告》附件1中,国家土地督察上海局报名条件“具有公务员身份;具有会计执业资格,从事财务工作5年以上,精通会计业务;在上海市、浙江省、福建省国土资源系统工作”改为“具有公务员身份;具有会计执业资格,从事财务工作5年以上,精通会计业务;具有上海市、浙江省、福建省户口”。
