To all insurance corporations, property insurance companies and reinsurance companies:

  各保险集团公司，各产险公司、再保险公司：

In accordance with the Notice of the Ministry of Finance on Printing and Distributing the Provisions on Accounting Practices Related to Insurance Contracts (Cai Kuai [2009] No. 15, hereinafter referred to as the "Provisions"), with a view to meeting the needs of insurance regulation work, we hereby notify the issues as follows on submission of statistical data to our China Insurance Statistical Information System by all companies after the implementation of the Provisions:

  根据财政部《财政部关于印发<保险合同相关会计处理规定>的通知》（财会〔2009〕15号，以下简称《规定》）的要求，为满足保险监管工作需要，现就各公司在执行《规定》后向我会《中国保险统计信息系统》报送数据有关事项通知如下：

1. All property insurance companies and reinsurance companies shall, starting from January 2010, include the reserves data and relevant accounting data as required by the Regulations in the monthly report when submitting data to the CIRC statistical information system.

   一、各产险公司、再保险公司应自2010年1月月报起，向我会统计信息系统报送按照《规定》要求提取的准备金数据及相关会计核算数据。

2. All companies shall actively organize their relevant internal departments to do a good job in data connection to ensure the timeliness in submitting statistical data and the authenticity, accuracy and integrity of statistical data.

   二、各公司应积极组织公司内部有关部门做好相关数据衔接工作，保证统计数据报送的及时性以及统计数据的真实、准确、完整。

3. Any problem encountered during the process of the submitting statistical data should be reporting to us in a timely manner, please feel free to contact us.
