To all insurance companies and insurance asset management companies:

In order to understand overall capital attribute situations in insurance industry and pursuant to the requirements of the second national economic census program, we decided to add capital attribute statistic indexes in annual statements.

All insurance companies (including groups, joint stock companies) and insurance asset management companies shall, by way of covering all items and in a centralized manner, report the newly added index statistic information to us in annual statements since 2008 through China Insurance Statistical Information System. For statistic indexes' connotative scope, specific attribute, report frequency and the level to which the information is reported, please refer to the Annexes.

All insurance companies and insurance asset management companies shall attach great importance to the work relating to the reporting newly added statistic information, coordinate each relevant department, timely revise the company system connecting with the China Insurance Statistical Information System, and at the same time, strictly pursuant to this Notice, promptly report the statistic information and ensure the truthfulness, accuracy and integrity of data. Reporting of statistic information shall not be deferred without approval.

   各保险公司、保险资产管理公司：

   为全面掌握保险业资本属性情况，根据第二次全国经济普查方案的要求，我会决定在年度决算报中增加资本属性统计指标。

   请各保险公司（含集团、控股公司，下同）、保险资产管理公司按照“全科目、大集中”的方式，自2008年年度决算报起，通过中国保险统计信息系统，向我会报送新增指标统计信息。统计指标的口径、具体属性、报送频度和报送层级详见附件。

   各保险公司、保险资产管理公司应充分重视新增统计信息的报送工作，协调各有关部门，及时修改本公司与中国保险统计信息系统的对接系统。同时，严格按照本通知规定，及时报送统计信息，确保数据的真实、准确和完整。未经批准，不得迟报统计信息。
