Arraignment是一个法律词汇,可翻译为“传讯”,(when someone is brought before a court of law to answer a particular charge.),是英美刑事诉讼中的一项正式程序,包括三项内容:1.法院将被告人传唤到庭;2.向其宣读起诉书的内容;3.由被告人就起诉书所指控plea的罪行作出答辩。
