1.Facility

在“授信协议”中，授信有其常用表达，即facility agreement，此时，其与贷款合同、信贷合同所表达的含义相同。Also known as a loan or credit facility agreement or facility letter. An agreement or letter in which a lender (usually a bank or other financial institution) sets out the terms and conditions (including the conditions precedent) on which it is prepared to make a loan facility available to a borrower.

During the term of this Facility Agreement, any tolerance or grace period granted by Party A for any breach or default by Party B or any delay by Party A in enforcing its rights or interests hereunder shall not impair, affect or restrict Party A's rights and interests as a creditor under applicable laws and this Agreement, or constitute Party A's permission or endorsement of any breach hereof, or be taken as Party A's waiver of its right to take actions against any existing or future breaches.

在本授信协议生效期间，甲方对乙方的任何违约或延误行为施以任何宽容、宽限或延缓执行本协议内甲方应享有的权益或权利，均不能损害、影响或限制甲方依有关法律规定和本协议作为债权人应享有的一切权益合权利，不能作为甲方对任何违反本协议行为的许可或认可，也不能视为甲方放弃对现有或将来违约行为采取行动的权利。

用于银行内部文件、涉及有关信贷的制度与政策时，可根据其文本语境进行翻译。

2.Credit

与其他内容联合时，如此处的“风险授信管理”，可仅用credit一词代指即可。

2015年，国务院批准“交通银行深化改革方案”。围绕探索大型商业银行公司治理机制，实施内部经营机制改革，推进经营模式转型创新三大重点，交通银行稳步推动深化改革项目落地实施。近年来，重点聚焦组织人事，新一代集团信息系统智慧化转型工程（“新531”工程）和风险授信管理三大改革，改革红利逐步释放，转型动力有效激发，核心发展指标不断提升。

The State Council approved BoCom’s Plan to Deepened Reformation. The deepened reformation concentrates on three key areas including refining corporate governance mechanism as a large commercial bank, reinforcing operational improvements and promoting transformation and innovating operating model. Bank of Communications steadily implemented reform programs. In recent years, BoCom focused on three key reformation including organizing personnel, the new intelligence transformation project for the Group’s information system (“New 531” project) and the credit risk management. The positive effect of reforms, stimulation of transformation forces and the enhancement of core development indicator are anticipated.

3.Credit authorization或credit granting

单独出现时，需体现出“授”这一含义，可译为“Credit authorization”或“或credit granting”。

本集团坚决贯彻党中央和国务院决策部署，紧密对接国家政策和市场变化，制定并动态更新授信与风险政策纲要和行业（区域）投向指引，积极服务实体经济，持续优化信贷资产结构，支持国家战略、把握产业转型升级。全年信贷投向契合国家重大战略实施和服务实体经济的定位。

The Group was determined to implement the decisions and deployments of the central government and the State Council. In response to State policies and market fluctuations, the Group issued and dynamically upgraded an outline regarding the credit authorization and risk management guidelines on industrial or regional direction. The Group also proactively served the real economy, constantly optimized credit assets structure, supported national strategies and focused on industrial transformation and upgrading. The Group’s credit investment this year was in line with the implementation of major national strategies of serving the real economy.

4.Credit line

还可根据其具体所指进行翻译，如此处的“综合授信”其实指的是有关“授信额度”的方案，因此，此处可将其译为“credit line”。

信贷政策委员会：职责是审议全行信贷经营管理架构方案及信贷政策，研究信贷业务发展方向和风险管理措施，审议重点行业和产品的信贷分析报告及指导意见，审议客户年度综合授信方案及行业、地区授信额度，审议特大金额信贷业务等。委员会下设信贷审批中心作为其日常办事机构。

Credit Policy Committee: responsible for the review and implementation of bank-wide credit operations management structure and credit policy, and for the research on the developmental direction of credit business and risk management measures. The credit analysis reports on key industries and products will be discussed at the committee. The committee takes the responsibilities of evaluating customers’ annual general credit line review and industry and regional limits, and approving large value credit applications. A credit approval center is under the committee as a functional institution.
