原句是：

应买方要求，供应商承诺根据买方的规定向买方指定的机构存储源代码，相关费用由买方承担。

1. “应买方要求”，译句1翻译为“as required by”是不合适的，require的动作发出者通常为非人，比如：as required by Chinese laws and regulations等等。因此，这里要用一个固定搭配“at the request of sb.”，request的动作发出者通常为人，或者用as requested by the Buyer或者upon request by the Buyer，也都挺好的
