premise在英文合同中有两层含义：

(1)前提，常见搭配on the premise of译为“以......为前提”；

(2)(经营、办公等)处所，这里匠匠要强调一下单数premise侧重某个场所，不具体指房屋，如果用来指房屋，多用复数形式，但视具体情况而定。

例句一：

拍摄时间为XXX赴中国期间，在XXX全面配合之前提下，拍摄时间暂定为两日，拍摄地点为中国北京，视拍摄创意而定。

例句二：
