put作为法律英语术语，通常出现在股份购买协议当中

如：put right 卖出权，其与call right（回购权）相对应

    put option 卖出选择权，其与call option (购买选择权)相对应

以上两组术语可以对应地了解，put针对卖方，call针对买方

e.g. On or after the tenth anniversary of the Agreement Date and within thirty Business Days after such date and each anniversary of such date thereafter, the Minority Member shall have the right to require the Majority Member or another Persondesignated by the Majority Member to purchase not less than all such Minority Member’s Membership Interests in the Company (Put Option), exercisable by delivering to the Majority Member written notice of an intent to elect to exercise the Put Option within the exercise period.

在本协议生效日满十年之日或之后，在该日期及以后每年该日期之后的三十个营业日内，少数股东有权要求多数股东或多数股东指定的其他人购买少数股东在公司持有的全部股东权益（卖出选择权），为此应向多数股东发出其意图在该行权期内选择行使卖出选择权的书面通知。
