Should provisions of this Agreement be or become invalid or unenforceable in part or in whole, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisionsof this Agreement. Ineffective or unenforceable provisions shall be automatically replaced by valid or enforceable provisions that come as close as possible to the intended purpose and the intentions of the parties to the Agreement.
