If a Grantee被授予人 intends to exercise theCall Option, he/she shall serve an Exercise Notice on the Grantor before 9:00amon any Business Day during the Option Period. A Grantee can serve Exercise Notice more than once, until such Granteehas fully exercised his/her Call Option in respect of all of the Option Sharesto which he/she is entitled hereunder. AGrantee can only exercise the Call Option to purchase Option Shares in multiples of [ten thousand (10,000)] Option Shares.

被授予人拟行使买入期权的，应在行权期内任何营业日的上午 9点之前向授予人发送一项行权通知。被授予人可多次发送行权通知，直至相关被授予人已就其在本契据下享有权益的所有期权股份完全行使了买入期权。被授予人仅可行使买入期权用以认购 [ 一万 (10000) ] 股期权股整数倍的期权股份。
