in witness thereof/whereof，以兹证明，特此为证， 在法律文件中常见两种用法：

1.用于协议签字页部分，证明协议内容已经以各方签字盖章的方式得到各方的认可；

2.用于公证认证文书，证明该文件已经于特定时间和地点获得了下述签字人的证明。
