in full在英文合同中通常有两种用法：

1. 搭配paid in full，意思是全额支付，in full表示全额

2. 搭配in full force and effect, 意思是充分有效，in full则表述充分

Without prejudice to the exercise of any other right or remedy by the Convertible Bond Holder under any of the Finance Documents, if the amount of principal or interestwhich is due on the Convertible Bond issued to the Convertible Bond Holderis not paid in full to the Convertible Bond Holder, the Convertible Bond Holder shall notify the Issuer promptly who shall annotate the Convertible Bond Register with a record of the amount of principal or interest that is not paid .

在不影响可转换债券持有人在任何财务文件项下的任何其他权利或救济的行使的情况下，若向可转换债券持有人发行的可转换债券上任何到期金额的本金或利息未得以向可转换债券持有人进行全额支付，则可转换债券持有人应及时通知发行方（该发行方应在可转换债券登记簿中加入一条关于该未付的本金或利息的金额的批注）。

All of the Authorizations held by the Group Companies are fully given for and are in full force and effect and have been complied with by the relevant Group Company.
