Where any Confidential Information is also privileged, the waiver of such privilege is limited to the purposes of this Deed and does not, and is not intended to, result in any wider waiver of the privilege.

provided that, in the event that the QIPO does not occur within twelve (12) months after the completion of such reorganization, the Covenantors shall take all such actions as necessary or desirable to restore all the rights and privileges of such Preferred Shareholder contained herein, including without limitation (i) causing the Company to amend the Memorandum and Articles, (ii) causing the Company to issue to such Preferred Shareholder applicable class and number of Shares of the Company, and (iii) entering into agreements containing substantially the same terms and conditions hereof.
