the notice of意思是“通知”，要注意以下两个相关表述：have notice of的含义与give notice of 的含义是相反的，大家要多多注意二者的区别，have notice of意思是"接到通知"，而give notice of是"通知"。

The quorum of each Board meeting shall be two (2) Directors, which must include at least one Director appointed by the Other Shareholders and at least one Director appointed by the Investor; provided that if a quorum is not present within 30 minutes after the time specified for a Board meeting in the notice of the relevant meeting then it shall be adjourned to the same date and time and place five (5) Business Days later and at the adjourned meeting the quorum shall be any two Directors; provided further that notice for the adjourned meeting complies with clause 6.2.

In the event any Limited Partner fails to contribute when due all or any portion of a Contribution required to be made by such Limited Partner pursuant to this Agreement, the General Partner shall provide written notice of such failure to contribute and interest shall accrue on such overdue amount from the drawdown date until the date of payment at a rate of 8% per annum. If such failure continues uncured for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of written notice of such failure, then such Limited Partner shall be considered in default and may, in the sole discretion of the General Partner, be designated a "Defaulting Partner".
