助（唆）讼，引证解释为挑唆人打官司。

清代著名的经典神魔小说《镜花缘》是由李汝珍在海属地区采拾地方风物、乡土俚语及古迹史乘，“消磨三十多年层层心血”而写成的。书名取意于“镜花水月”一词，蕴涵着对于人生空幻和哀悼女子不幸命运的意识。作者用漫画式的笔调，通过夸大和变形的手法写出了社会的丑恶和可笑，也写出了他心中的理想社会。

其中，《镜花缘》第十二回在君子国提到：“此固唆讼之人造孽无穷，亦由本人贪心自取。”

国风：好让不争，惟善为宝。买卖双方的对话是反过来的，买家担心卖家亏本，卖家担心买家吃亏。作者借君子国中人物之口，鲜明地表现了自己的一些社会观点，对嫁娶、葬殡、饮食、衣服、居家用度都提出了一些改革的办法：

1、批判风水之地、入土之俗（善风水之人岂无父母，若有好地，何不自用？）；

2、批判满月百日周岁宴席（上天赐一生灵，反伤无数生灵；伤了生灵之后，再烧香拜佛求长寿。）；

3、批判人们遁入空门，使得阴阳不调；

4、批判争讼之说和唆讼之人（《易经》：讼则终凶）；

5、批判吃牛肉（人非五谷不生，五谷非耕牛不长) ；

6、批判宴席虚设（燕窝熊掌之流以价贵为首的菜）；

7、批判三姑六婆坑蒙拐骗、搬弄是非 ；

8、批判后妈后爸荼毒子女；

9、批判妇女缠足 ；

10、批判算命、合婚，生肖论尤其可笑（应以品行、年貌、门第为重）；

11、批判世俗崇尚奢华，衣食住行等等。

1、挑词架讼；挑唆争端。

2、（海商法）船长或船员的不法行为。船长或船员基于欺诈或非法目的，违反其对船东或货主所负的义务实施的、致使该船东或货主遭受损失的行为。

英文释义

1. Vexatious incitement to litigation, esp by soliciting Potential legal clients.There must typically be a showing that the resulting lawsuit was utterly baseless. Barratry is a crime in most jurisdictions. A person who is hired by a lawyer to solicit business is called a capper.

2. The bringing of a lawsuit or other legal proceeding without the permission or consent of the named plaintiff or complainant.

3. Maritime law. Fraudulent or grossly negligent conduct(by a master or crew)that is prejudicial to a shipowner.In the maritime sense, barratry is any fraudulent or illegal act of the master or crew whereby the shipowner suffers, such as sinking or deserting the ship with criminal intent.

4. The buying or selling of ecclesiastical or governmental positions.

5. The crime committed by a judge who accepts a bribe in exchange for a favorable decision.

帮讼。拉丁文为 campum partire。

指原告或被告与第三人（帮讼人［ convertor］）间的协议，由该第三人出资供给诉讼所需的费用；作为回报，该第三人取得争议土地或是其他争议财产的一部分。帮讼是普通法上的一种轻罪，美国1967年刑法取消该罪名。

1. An agreement between an officious intermeddler in a lawsuit and a litigant by which the inter-meddler helps pursue the litigant's claim as consideration for receiving part of any judgment proceeds .
