Owner shall indemnify, defend and hold Producer and its successors,licensees and assignees harmless from and against any liability, loss, damage,cost or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or resulting from a breach of any of Owner's representations,warranties or agreements hereunder.
