In the case of joint holders the vote of the senior who tenders a vote whether in personor by proxy shall be accepted to the exclusion of the votes of the jointholders and for this purpose seniority shall be determined by the order in which the names stand in the Register of Members.

对于联名持有人，只认可级别较高者所投的票（不管是亲自投票还是通过代理人投票），其他联名持有人的投票均不被认可。在本条中，级别的高低依照股东名册中姓名的排列顺序确定。

Subject to any rights and restrictions for the time being attached to any class or classes of shares, every Member present in person and every person representinga Member by proxy at a general meeting of the Company shall have one vote for each share registered in his name in the Register of Members.

在遵守任何类别的股份当时享有的任何权利和受到的任何限制的前提下，亲自参加公司股东大会的每位股东以及以代理人身份代表任何股东参加公司股东大会的每个人均应就股东名册中登记在该股东名下的每份股份拥有一票表决权。
