在汉语中，我们经常用“XX观”来表达对某事物的看法，如人生观、权力观、婚姻观等。在时政话语中也常用这种表达方式。但并不是所有带“观”的词都要机械地翻译成outlook或view，翻译时应根据原文意思进行调整。
