enforce v.

enforce是法律英语中的常见词汇，其常见的含义有以上两层，其名词形式为enforcement（（法律、命令等）实施，强制实行）如enforcement power 执行权。在美国，enforcement power是指美国国会所享有的的一项权力，国会可以通过 合适的立法来实施某一特定宪法修正案规定的权利。
