在法律英语中，power的常见意思是“权力，授权”。 在合同中，power经常和authority, right并列使用，译为“权利、权力和授权”。

例 Party A has full legal right, power and authority to execute and deliver this Contract and all of the contracts and documents referred to in this Contract to which Party A is a party and to observe and perform its obligations hereunder and thereunder.
