Withdraw、revoke和rescind三词在法律英语中均有“撤回”之意，三者用法含义有所不同，在此做具体介绍：

①Withdraw，指的是“撤回”要约（offer）或者承诺（undertaking），使之不发生法律效力”，【该法律文件还没有生效】；也可以指“撤回资金”。
