Enforce、execute、implement都有“执行、完成”之意。但是三者有所区别，以下做具体区分：

①Enforce含有依靠强制力执行的含义，常指的是【强制执行，强行实施（法律或规定）】。如：enforce the law执法，enforce a ceasefire执行停火命令，enforce legislation 实施法规。
