法律英语中有这样几组特殊的词，从形式上看，它们是单复数关系，但其实却不能简单的认为它们是单复数关系。比如，damage本身的含义是“损害”，而damages却是“损害赔偿金”，意思是完全不同的；还有一组security与securities，security本身是“担保”，而securities却是“证券”，意思也是完全不一样的，因此大家使用的时候要特别注意，不要认为这只是单复数方面的问题。

damage损害

XXX agrees to indemnify in full and hold harmless Sponsor and its Affiliates, employees, agents, and subcontractors from and against any loss, expense, cost, liability, damage, or claim by third parties for personal injury, including death, property damage that arises out of the negligence or willful misconduct of any XXX employee, agent, or subcontractor.

If any breach or violation of the provisions of Clause 11.1 occurs, the Restricted Persons and the Buyer agree that damages alone are likely not sufficient compensation and that injunctive relief isreasonable and is likely to be essential to safeguard the interests of the Buyer and of any Group Companies and that injunctive relief may (subject to the discretion ofthe courts) be obtained.

如果违反第11.1条的规定，受限人士和买方同意，仅有损害赔偿金可能无法构成充分赔偿，禁令救济是合理的，对于保护买方和任何集团公司的利益而言，禁令救济可能至关重要，可以获得禁令救济（受制于法院的自由裁量权）。
