distribute和allot都有分配的含义，二者的区别主要是：前者主要侧重于分配给若干人，如分派股息(distribute dividend)、分配资产(distribute assets)等；而后者主要用于股票分配(allotment of shares)、份额分配或者拨款(allot money for)等。

1distribute

Commencing from the 2016 financial year, subject to the budgets of the Group for the forth coming years, the Company shall, and shall cause the relevant Group Member to, distribute dividend in an amount not less than 36% of the Group’s audited consolidated net profit in the current year.

自2016年财政年度起，受限于集团未来年度的预算，公司应该并促使相关集团成员分派不少于当年集团经审计的综合纯利润的36%的股息。

2allot

If, in connection with and as a result of allotment or otherwise issuance of New Securities to any third party, such third party becomes a holder of Shares, such third party shall enter into a Deed of Adherence agreeing to abide by the terms of this Agreement.

若关于或由于向任何第三方配发或以其他方式发行的新证券，该等第三方成为持股人，该等第三方应签署守约契据接受本协议的条款。
