Arbitration与mediation的区别:

Arbitration，翻译为“仲裁”或“公断”，是诉讼外解决经济纠纷的重要法律渠道，是指争议双方当事人依据争议发生前或争议发生后达成的仲裁协议，自愿将争议交给约定的仲裁机构作出裁决，双方当事人有义务履行裁决的一种解决争议的方式。

Mediation，翻译为“调解”，意思是指双方或多方当事人就争议的实体权利、义务，在人民法院、人民调解委员会及有关组织主持下，自愿进行协商，通过教育疏导，促成各方达成协议、解决纠纷的办法。
