Premium在法律英语中通常有两个意思：

1、溢价，指证券发行时，高出其票面金额的部分。at a premium即以高价购买

share actually premium 股本溢价

2、保险费，A premium is a sum of money that you pay regularly to an insurance company for an insurance policy.

3、A premium is a sum of money that you have to pay for something in addition to the normal cost. 附加费；额外费用
