此外，inure也有一些特殊用法。如表示对承租人的终身解除权归承租人所有。如inurement of title表示“利他权利；利他产权”（如某共同承租人租赁某物时对另一共同承租人亦有利，该租赁权即为利他产权。）

A release to the tenant for life which is inuring to the tenant in reversion. This means that the individual has essentially the same effect as a tenant for life.

对承租人的终身解除权归承租人所有。这意味着个人与终身承租人具有基本相同的效力。

再如，在财产法中，inure表示“归属；交给”相等于vest。

In regards to property law, inure means to vest, which essentially is granting a fixed, immediate right of current or future enjoyment. This is important since it means that an individual now has an absolute right to a current or future interest in something of value. When the right has fully vested, the individual is then legally entitled to what was promised.
